The machine construction:
The machine base frame and the traveling column are static and dynamically rigid weldments.
On the machine frame of the moving column is arranged in the Y direction.
On traveling column is the cross-support, which is movable in X and Z directions.
Hardware / Control:
The DSP controller is offline controlling system which is easy to use and easy programmable.
With the DSP controller G-code is processed directly ond the machine.
All linear axes are connected directly to the ball screw with the right
coupled motors and provide a feedback-free driving.
